I bought my 2017 Harley Breakout CVO 110 shortly after having a bad motorcycle accident and totaling my old Harley. Zeke was extremely kind and very helpful and patient being I was in a walker at the time and not moving too fast. I told him my style of bike I like, and he found me exactly what I wanted. A raked out Drag style bike with the big 240mm rear wheel. Just wanted to reach out to say thanks to your service department. I came to your store to take part in the Cool Hand Luke benefit run. As we were on the run I noticed my engine and battery light had come on. I made my way back to Greenville Harley when the bike decided to die in the parking lot. I walked in and was meet by Drew, who was very sympathetic to my situation. He took my bike back to the mechanic Jeremy. he got working on my bike immediately. After a few hours they were able to get my bike bake up and running so I could make the ride back home. Wouldn't of been a big deal but I live a 1 1/2 hrs away and would not of had a way back home. Your service department went above and beyond to help me and to get my bike back up and running. Again Thank You to Drew, Jeremy, and also to Travis.

Lisa and I found ourselves upside down with two great bikes, but so unhappy with them both. We decided we had to get back on a real touring bike, and the team went to work and made the exchange painless. Our new 2019 Road Glide Ultra was delivered to our garage with the entire experience unbelievably enjoyable. Lisa and I actually ate supper in the garage looking at the new bike talking all about what we have learned, and just how much we have grown into real Harley lovers. It's the only bike with soul, and Harley of Greenville is a wonderful facilitator of this passion. I started the bike and re-positioned it in the garage this afternoon. I was on vacation riding the Blue Ridge Pkwy on my way from Ohio to Tail of the Dragon when I hit a huge rock in the road that destroyed the front rim on my 2017 Ultra. I was stranded on a Monday and the dealers closest to my location were either closed or didnt care. Then I was fortunate enough to call Harley Davidson of Greenville. I spoke to so many great people (Rhonda, Zach, Steve, Kevin, and Most of all Rob) that were engaged in helping me even though I was more than 100 miles away. Rob Became main guy and quarterback in helping me. At a minimum I needed a new front rim but there was none in stock. In a perfect world I needed a new rim with tire and rotors plus a jack to lift the bike so I could make repairs. Im still not sure how Rob pulled it off but arrangements were made to have a complete front wheel assembly ready for after hours pickup along with a jack for me to borrow. The stuff was picked up by a friend and brought to Cherokee where I had the bike towed. Repairs took about 30 minuets and we rode the Dragon the following day. I cant thank Rob enough for all of his help.

The first bike was a beautiful anniversary edition. They made it so easy to get the bike..had all the extras ready for me. I was lead around to each department the staff was outstanding.....later in the same year they got another bike as soon as I seen it I had to have it....They went out of their way to get me on the bike of my choice..... after a little time had passed I took the bike in for a oil change. The service tech who was doing the oil change notice a little rattling that he didn't like. He immediately came to me with his concern. The bike had a awesome warranty on it. The part was covered under warranty and they fixed the in one day infact while I waited in the showroom.... I the road the bike over 2,000 miles. Then the engine started acting up. So I took it back to the service manager and this time the damages were catastrophic the entire engine was wiped out. These guys called up the warranty guys and got the ball rolling on my bike they kept me up to date on everything that was happening. The warranty people were taking there time.....but that said the service guys got me a new engine and even though I had to wait a little while and my patience was thin. Rob and Kaleb to some tongue lashings these guys got me riding again. I would tell anyone that wants to know Harley Davidson of Greenville is a top notch operation. They feel like family we are all on a first name basis. I would never let anyone other than these guys work on my pride and joy.....

I've been popping in and out of the dealership for a few months before my purchase. I haven't been in the saddle for a good many years and I was long overdue to buy my first HD. Now, you may laugh but I've wanted a Fatboy since T2 Judgement Day came out back in 1991 but, I never did "get around" to fulfilling that little fantasy. That is until August of 2017...Over the years, I've stopped by many bike dealerships from Florida to the Carolinas and have tried on many brands of bikes from Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Victory and of course, Harley-Davidson. I've even contemplated Victory a few times but, and although their bikes seem to be pretty cool, they just did not put the tickle in my testicles quite like Harley-Davidson and frankly, a company that has announced that they are closing their doors on production did not really appeal to me. I've always circled back to the Fatboy.Enter Teddy Bair...This is one cool cat (or Bear...Bair... mammal) who knows his stuff. I was out in the lot rubbing my ass (in a non-perverted way) on a couple of the Fatboys on the lot when he came out to talk to me. One particular bike caught my eye. There she was, flirting with me, tempting me, taunting me... She knew she was my type; Low miles, clearly babied and decked out in Black Pearl while flaunting her Willie G. Skulls which adorned her from top to bottom, laced with a pair of sweet, curved Vance and Hines Big Radius 2-into-2 pipes and a juicy 200mm fat ass. Oooooh yeah..... So Teddy (playing the roll of pimp) got the keys and we fired this hooker up and made her scream. Yeah, that's it. I wanted a cigarette. Done! Teddy and I went in, he answered the plethora of questions I had for him without missing a beat, got the papers, financing was a cakewalk and they even delivered my new plaything to my house at no charge! One weird thing happened as I was cruising down the road about week later. The Willie G. Skull gascap somehow popped off. I realize that this was a freak occurrence. No big deal. I brought the cap in, and the dealership was more than happy to crack open the package and give me a new one and send me on my way! THAT'S service! Teddy and the others even remember me by name and what I bought! I still tend to drop in periodically when I have questions or if I just want to shoot the feces for a few minutes while I'm wandering about.Bottom line; I got a great ride at a great price with outstanding customer service! I cannot really convey my appreciation for the group of individuals I had the opportunity to do business with at Harley Davidson Greenville in words. I purchased a FXST recently, and unfortunately at interstate speed, an issue presented itself. The entire team pulled together and did everything in their power to resolve the issues, and did it all in a reasonable timeframe. Now, they have delivered to me what is, quite possibly, the coolest motorcycle on the face of the planet. In my opinion anyway. And in circumstances like this, the owners opinion is the one that matters. These guys get that. And they squared me away! From the sales floor, to finance, to service, and then the Chrome Shop, it was like the meshing of the proverbial gears. I mean clockwork man. The only reason for the one 4 star is that there was an issue at all. A special thanks to Travis who was the individual actually twisting wrenches on my machine. He kept me in the loop. He went over my options, paid attention to my input. He delivered what he promised. And all with narry a scratch, or abrasions anywhere. Fine. Damn. Job. I would like to Thank Mike Pepper, I was in need of 2 bolts for my handle bars, I had previously went to Harley Of Asheville and ordered them Tuesday they said my bolts would be in that Friday. I called Harley of Asheville Friday and they said they wouldn't be in until Monday and I couldn't get them until Tuesday. Well I told them I will get them from Harley of Greenville and hung up the phone. I called Greenville and told them what I needed, they said we have those in stock, I asked if they could mail them to me he said yes we can but you might not get them until Monday, I said no problem. Well Holy Cow I got them the next day at 12 noon got my bike back on the road. I live in Black Mountain NC I'm 5 miles from Harley Of Asheville. I will be doing all my business with Harley Of Greenville. All of your staff ROCKS, you go above and beyond to help your customers, I'm truly impressed. Its amazing how your staff is. I just wanted to let everyone know my recent experience with Harley Davidson of Greenville. I have been pricing out a new Harley from 5 different dealerships trying to find the best deal that I could find. No one could beet nor match the one that received from Greenville Harley Davidson. They gave me a great deal on a new bike and didn't try to shaft me for a thousand dollars on freight/setup fees like other dealerships. Jeremy was able to get me a lower interest rate than I could get from my bank. Working with Dale and Jeremy at Greenville Harley Davidson was great experience. Dale was very helpful and patient with me while I was deciding on witch bike I wanted. The way I see it, Dale and Jeremy went above and beyond my expectations with my purchase experience. Was riding N.C. while on vacation from Michigan. Bike broke down in the Pisgah National Forest, lost all electrical power. Ashville H.D. closed on Mondays, so we trailered the bike down to Greenville and was helped out by Rob & Caleb in service. I ride a 2009 Harley Softail Custom. I've been using HD of Greenville for a couple years now and I wanted to comment specifically on the unsurpassed experience and absolute professionalism of Mike Pepper.
He has helped me numerous times over the years identify the best form-fit-function-and appearance of parts for my bike. I recently had to take my Carlini drag bars off and find a much better handlebar kit due to comfort reasons. Mike knows my medical condition as I have an artificial elbow in my right arm from a life threatening good Samaritan accident 20 years ago. I really needed a perfect bar set-up for better comfort for my right arm and taking all things into consideration he set me up with the mini-Ape bars and my bike is now such a joy to ride as this new bar set-up has taken my whole riding-comfort experience to a whole new level!!! When I started to shop for a new bike I started out shopping for another Honda then I expanded to looking at a Harley. Owning a Harley is a dream come true. Working with the folks at H-DOG was better than I'd ever dreamed the buying experience could be. Donna, Billy and Mark were professional yet treated me like a new member of the family. Donna didn't try to sell me a Harley; she listened to me, understood what I was looking for and sold me My Harley. Billy and Donna worked wonders to find the exact Harley that I wanted and found it in an amazingly short amount of time. Couldn't have asked for better financial service than what Mark provided. Prior to deciding to work with the H-DOG staff, I did a lot of internet research and telephone calling to Harley Davidson dealerships throughout Georgia, Florida and South Carolina. Harley Davidson of Greenville beat thecompetition in pricing and customer service by a long shot - certainly worth the five-hour drive! Even though I bought out-of-state, the H-DOG staff took care of ordering my tag and patiently responded to any concerns I had. I'm having an absolute ball riding - have about 1200 miles on my bike so far. I knew it would be a joy to finally have my own Harley, but every time I hit that start button, it just gets better and better! Have learned how many layers I need to wear to ride in 37 degree weather and have learned that fog on a dark night is an interesting experience. Thanks again, Donna. After having many friends inform us that Greensville SC is the best place to buy a Harley-Davidson, we headed out one Saturday from Savannah GA for the four hour plus drive just to see for ourselves. When we arrived we were very pleased by the warm greeting at the door and then by a very friendly sales person named Donna. She was very good at answering all our questions on the bike and then she would give us time to look around. She never pressured or rushed us, which for us, was a very big thing. But at the same time she was right there if we needed to ask more questions. Well, we looked... we liked what we saw, and we were just going to go back to Savannah GA and make plans in the near future to come back to Greensville SC and buy. As we were sitting outside before leaving, Donna came out and said ' What can I do to have you buy a bike today?' We then told her what all we wanted and what we needed the payments to be. Donna did all the magic and came back outside and said 'I can make you a bike owner today if you like? ' That very day we became a first time owner of a great looking Harley-Davidson !

Dear Billy, Tommy, Stacey, and all others concerned, Yesterday I came in for a rear tire for my Road King. After work had begun, it was found that the proper tire was not in stock. Instead of sending me on my way to wait for a tire to come in, Mike Mauro got on the phone. He sourced another tire, sent someone to pick it up, and had it installed all with only a minimal delay. To Laura and the Girls that host the All Girls garage party: I came to the All Girls Garage Party in July. It is a wonderful event that provided alot of useful information and the oppertunity to meet other women who have the same desire. Did I mention the bargain price of FREE? Prior to the garage party I had let my bike fall over at a complete stop. I am a very new rider and I had to get help to get my bike back up from my 16 year old daughter. The whole situation scared her to death. At the party we learned the proper procedure on picking the bike up. Sured enough a few weeks later It was raining and as I pulled into my gravel driveway, I slid and layed it down. My daughter was watching and again she was very upset. She came running to me to help. I told her no that everything was OK and I could do it myself. Proudly, I used my skills I had learned and sure enough the bike came up almost by itself. My American Dream Come True, And The Importance Of First Impression: I've been wanting a Harley for 30 years - came close to buying one several times, but for some reason or another, I always backed down and just kept dreaming... Then one Sunday I decided to check out the new Harleys (as I often did for the last bunch of years), and walked into Harley Davidson of Greenville to see what was there... I looked around a good bit - was never approached by a high pressure salesperson (which I liked)- when this friendly young lady walked up to me and said 'You have been checking these bikes out pretty good - is there anything I can help you with? Any questions that you may have?' She had an atmosphere about her that made me feel very comfortable and at ease, so I started talking, telling her that I was just sorta looking around, and was wondering if I could sit on one to see how it felt. Well, not only did I sit on one - I sat on a bunch! And then she even held the bike for me while I sat on them with my feet up on the pegs and hands on the handlebars! Now, I was really impressed by her willingness to spend all this time with me, telling me all kind of stuff that really helped a person like me that had never owned a Harley before - so I asked her if she was a salesperson. She said that she was not, that she just liked to help out and stuff like that. Wow! Now I'm really impressed! Well, as many of you have already guessed, it was Kim, and I give her the credit for making a lasting good first impression, cause I bought a new softail custom a few days later. My thanks goes out to all you good folks there at H-Dog for being so friendly and easy to get along with,always making me feel comfortable - Tommy for making the whole thing happen,Buddy for helping me get all that chrome together for a really good looking Softail, Mike for being so patient (I could never do his Job!),Tyler in the service department for putting on all my accessories, and most thanks to Penny for helping me and Alice pick out helmets,and all kinds of other things - and now turned into a genuine friend! :-)

I attended the Garage Party for Women last night and had a great time. I was a little unsure of what to expect but I ended up very impressed. It was very informative and all the ladies knew their 'stuff' and were extremely friendly. Several years ago, I took the beginners riding class. On the last day and the next to last riding exercise, I lost control of the bike and laid it down. Since then, I have been skeptical about trying again. I bought my '07 Dyna Street Bob from Greenville HD in the summer of 2007. It took me 4 years of planning, saving and dreaming to be able to walk in and write a check. I swore if I bought a bike I would never owe payments. My family and most of my friends thought I had lost my mind. After all, learning to ride a bike and buying one at 52 years of age isn't an ordinary thing. But then, I'm not ordinary. I'm a woman who knows what she wants and goes for it. The staff at Greenville HD helped make my dream come true. Donna was so patient with me, answered any and every question I had and offered much needed advice during the process. Buddy worked with me on custom parts and installation to get my bike just like I wanted. I've since moved to Alabama to care for my elderly parents and I wish I could say that there are great events for bikers here as in SC. Maybe one day I can come back to my REAL home in the Carolinas. In 2008 my wife and I were traveling when we noted the belt on my Budweiser themed ElectroGlide was sagging really bad. We arrived at your dealership and asked if there was anyway your service department could take a look at it for us. They took our bike in immediately, had us sit in this lounge area, gave us coffee and chatted like we were old friends. The service guy had our bike fixed in no time flat and they refused to charge us a dime. I sent a letter in to Harley Davidson Corp at that time praising this wonderful dealership but I wanted to let them know again how we appreciated them. This was my first time buying a motorcycle of my own. I've never had the chance to get one in the past for some reason or another. I couldn't have imagined the buying and financing process going any smoother and I am very happy that I came to the decision to finally own one for myself. The joy I feel, the excitement and rush from riding, the impressed looks I get from neighbors when I roll out of my garage on my Harley... it all just makes me smile. WOW! After looking at bikes at several locations my wife and I ended up at H-DOG (like 3 times)shopping for a bike we could both ride and then it become my wife's and then I will get the one I want and we can ride together. We started working with Brandon on a rainy Sunday looking at the used bikes in the back. I can't tell you how patient he was with us as we tried to explain what we needed for this transition from something we could both ride and like (style, look, light wt. as possible as Harleys go)to being the one my wife could ride and handle. There it was The 2013 Sportster 72. Brandon introduced us to the bike and how it would fit us. We fell in love with the old school style and it was the metallic yellow my wife's favorite color that really sold the bike. Brandon was not high pressure at all which is one thing that will make me walk out of a place faster than anything. He worked with us on the price and we knew we had a good deal. Karen made the paper work go smooth and I was riding the bike home the next day. Now I can't keep my son off of it. Salesman Keith Hamilton assisted me in everyway possible when it came to his knowledge of the Harley-Davidson bikes, to the purchase of proper gear , and explaining the process of the beginners motorcycle course. When I told him I was a 68 year old retiree wanting to learn to ride a motorcycle, Keith became my biggest cheerleader in accomplishing my goal. I was unsure if this was the right thing for me to do, but he encouraged me to give it my best shot. He gave me a mini-lesson on how to properly stand up a bike, the location of the clutch, gears, front/back brakes, and how to start the engine. Keith even followed up with a phone call to me later that afternoon with more encouraging words and cheering me on. I tooked the beginners course and I passed. Working with Keith and having him cheer me on has been one of the best experiences in my life. Hats off to the best Harley-Davidson salesman, Keith Hamilton.
